• (0:36) Dave is contemplating selling one of his properties, but he's also concerned about the possibility of a looming recession. He wants to know Rob & Rob's perspective on the current market and whether a recession is on the horizon. 
• (3:50) Jack had to relocate for work shortly after purchasing his flat back in 2020. During his absence, he got permission from his lender to rent it out. Now that he’s back living in the flat, he’s considering selling and wants to know if there’s any capital gains tax relief for situations like this.
