Hi Rob & Rob,
I'm a 28 year old aspiring buy to let property investor in the US. I'm getting married this month, but as soon as my wife and I buy a new primary residence I will be buying my first buy to let (or rent as we call it in the US) property. The content is exceptional every week, and each and every topic is genius. This is my favorite podcast in iTunes and has been immensely helpful in providing information and great resources for a newbie investor. Keep up the terrific work!
