I know it’s totally mad, but over the last 9 months I’ve listened to all 542 podcasts of the TPP along with all the Ask Rob & Robs. They are honest good guys dishing out free expert advice on building a property portfolio. Though it won’t be for everyone their Property Hub Invest service makes everything much more hands off and hassle free. I’m in the middle of completing on my first tenanted buy-to-let property in Manchester and have exchanged on an off-plan flat in Birmingham. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without the advice and encouragement from the podcast. Beyond property Rob & Rob are full of useful advice relevant to other areas of life, particularly around mindset and life hacks.
