I have been listening to your podcast for just over a week and I am hooked. I am burning both ends by listening to episode 1 upwards for background and basics, and also the most recent podcasts for more up-to-date nuggets.
I feel I have gained ten books and six months worth of research and learning in the last 10 days and I am most profoundly grateful. I aim to buy my first buy-to-let in the next 2 years depending on how many cappuccinos and MacMuffins my wife and I can skip.

Inspirational info
Thanks to Rob and Rob I am truly hooked, started buying in 2016... now have 23 BTL of my own plus 10 I have sourced for my business partner and look after one for a friend All systemised takes me 2 hours a week.... Just had our first eviction which is not bad after all this time self managing.
Recently refinanced all given the new interest rates and fees I am still positively cash flowing - typically we are seeing 7.5% increase in rent each year and good capital growth.
This allows us to live, travel whilst investing - the confidence that rob & Rob provide has been invaluable.

Thanks for all the useful information. I'm writing this review as your birthday gift and I also have a question. Are all of these applicable to someone who is not a citizen like me? I came to the UK last year on a skilled worker dependent visa. Me and my wife are working and can we get a mortgage and buy a house together? Thanks a lot.

4 - Year Listener
Many investment/ property podcasts I’ve listened to have fallen by the wayside over the years. This one by Rob D and Rob B stands the test of time! It’s practical, engaging and detailed enough for anyone to take action and move forwards towards their own goals. I especially like the focus on their BTL strategy over all others.
Their content gave me the confidence to kick start my own investment journey, and now I help other investors do the same. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Life Changing
I stumbled upon this podcast in 2017, when I was curious about property investment. I listened through the entire back catalog and made it regular listen. It’s been invaluable for property investment tips as well as many other life enriching resources. Since then I invested in several properties using the team at Property Hub Invest and am making progress on the journey to financial security.

Best podcast on investing… and not only
I have recently started my path in investing and whilst reading and listening to several podcast this is one of the best I would definitely recommend to everyone. Both Robs sound very knowledgeable and really inspire positivity not just in investing in property but also some general aspects of life. I don’t agree with some of the negative feedbacks about “patronising and trying to sell”, of course everyone that builds a business will try to sell at some point. I cannot see what is the problem with this, and definitely the methods of property hub are not pushy or hard sells.
