I know it’s totally mad, but over the last 9 months I’ve listened to all 542 podcasts of the TPP along with all the Ask Rob & Robs. They are honest good guys dishing out free expert advice on building a property portfolio. Though it won’t be for everyone their Property Hub Invest service makes everything much more hands off and hassle free. I’m in the middle of completing on my first tenanted buy-to-let property in Manchester and have exchanged on an off-plan flat in Birmingham. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without the advice and encouragement from the podcast. Beyond property Rob & Rob are full of useful advice relevant to other areas of life, particularly around mindset and life hacks. Keep up the great content Rob & Rob and hoping to meet you at at property hub select meet up in person at some point.

I’m just thinking about getting into property professionally after being property mad for years. This podcast is proving enormously informative and is very balanced and honest. I’ve binged about 20 episodes in less than a week!

Propertyhub newbie
I’ve always had an interest but never had the confidence to invest in property and build a portfolio. I stumbled across this podcast after attending an online course from another provider (which was not nearly comparable to Rob and Rob) and have been hooked on this podcast, Rob’s books and Property hubs website since. I love their style, no nonsense, clear and concise and no sense of bias or selling the over inflated dream of getting rich quick through property. Keep up the good work, happy belated 10th birthday of the podcast. I will definitely be subscribing to the YouTube channel next and look forward to building my knowledge and sending across a question to ask rob and Rob

Get wealthy slowly through education.
Whilst Rob and Rob have started marketing their own product and can sound smug at times, this is forgivable due to amount of quality work they have done and are providing for free. The ‘fundamentals February’ episodes are a great starting point for understanding the wealth creation opportunities. That they are not offering any ‘get rich quick schemes’ and constantly remind the listener to do their own research is a mark of their integrity in this business. Thank you for your hard work and the time you put in to each episode.

Great Podcast
I find this a level headed, measured review of all things property and buy to let in a period of time emasculated by pedalled agendas, sensationalist media and incongruous government policy.

A great, engaging overview of all things Property (and a few extras!)
I started listening to The Property Podcast when I started my property journey in 2019 after leaving a teaching career and was instantly drawn in. A fresh take on a hard work and sensible action approach to doing things. By the time I’d finished my first refurb I’d listened to the whole back catalogue and now look forward to my twice weekly fix! Rob and Rob take a really wide all-encompassing view on property which looks at all of the factors that can impact upon it and they do so in a really engaging way. Have now read all of Rob’s books, and have got 6 houses in the portfolio. Rob and Rob’s information and education (infocation?) has given me plenty of food for thought as I’ve progressed and their way of talking you through a thought process has eased my nerves on many occasions! Happy 10th birthday to the Property Podcast, and thanks to Rob and Rob for all the work you put in.

Really informative, grounded podcast, week on week consistently provides good advice and opinion on the property market, and equally great insights into how the press distort the reality by exaggerating facts and picking headlines. They’re not selling you £10k training courses; that alone would make it the best property investment podcast I’ve found so far.

Simply the best!
This is the best podcast for property investment. The robs provide extensive content on property investing and through the podcast, YouTube and books I have jumped into my life long dream of property investing buying my first BTL in jan 23. The content is highly informative l and independent in thought - not being swayed by the media but is instead based on extensive knowledge of the economy and property investing. Highly recommend and thanks to the robs for their consistently high quality content week in week out!
