Love listening to this show. You guys have truly inspired me to take action. Thanks to you I have a sizeable portfolio of buy to let properties built up over the last 10 years. Thank you, you have changed my life.

I wrote a 5 star review about 9 years ago and as this podcast reaches ten years I should must say it has got better and thank you. What has it done for me? Well I found it soon after it started as I started researching buy to let. I was in my mid-30s then. Back then the sound quality was ropey and there was a crazy American bloke called Rick doing the into. I took notes on many of the programmes and used them. Yes I read a dozen books and did a NLA course as well, but this podcast and Rob’s main book have been the best of the lot. Our portfolio is now worth a decent sum and we have 14 properties. We don’t love owning the portfolio and it is more work than we expected, but it has allowed us to do things we wouldn’t have without this. Our benefits: Primarily my wife (who earned more than me but was fed up in her industry) gave up work 5 years ago and is now following a dream as a student in a completely different field to her original degrees. When I then had an illness and was unsure of whether I’d ever work again (I did get better) I knew we would still have a home and food and there was no stress financially. I have also pointed many friends and colleague to the free resources and books the Rob’s have created and about a dozen people I know have created portfolios of their own. This has changed their lives. One friend bought through Rob B’s company (I looked in 2014 and met with Rob B in Euston, but didn’t as we were enjoying the process). The podcast and spin-off resources are free and excellent. Thank you Rob and Rob for changing so many lives for the better.

I love this podcast, the Robs are down to earth and keep you up to date with all things Property investment. A great resource if you don’t have time to figure things out on your own or even if you do. Thanks for all your hard work

These two guys have enlightened me, and made me smile along the way, for several years now. This is the only podcast I listen to regularly. They are so energetic,and the amount of effort they put in is awe-inspiring; keep it up Robs!

Every week you ignite my curiosity flame and it keeps burning till your next podcast. The ‘difficult lessons’ podcast propelled me to finally leave a five star review as not only are you both knowledgeable, giving and humble but also self-aware and spiritually aligned in a way I’d not appreciated before. Your levels of humility, self reflection and ownership are that of the so-called gurus (Eckhart - Tony Robbins) and you provide the inspirational foundation for us all to look in the mirror and face the hard truths. You’re stronger for it, I respect you more for it and this is the most powerful podcast in your collection to date. Maybe a future in the property podcast pranayama meditation and mindfulness mantras? Plus Mark’s Dubai meet up’s and WhatsApp group management is epic!

I very much look forward to your transparent informative podcasts. I am an expat based in the UAE awaiting to move back to the UK and get cracking with the UK property market. I have always been biased with investment in central London but now very much open to other county’s.

I was looking for a good podcast on buying property to let in the UK and I found it in Rob and Rob's content. I am making my way through their back catalogue, having listened to more than half of what they have on offer already. Well worth the time, and very educational!

I’ve listened to this podcast for about 3 years and I did what they said - bought property, became an excellent landlord, renovated, hired and trained overseas assistants, started joint ventures, bought more property, googled Manchester and bought that too. Last week I met another Rob and walked away because I don’t need the confusion. I now have enough passive income that I don’t need my job and can focus on property. Thank you.

Hi Rob & Rob, I'm a 28 year old aspiring buy to let property investor in the US. I'm getting married this month, but as soon as my wife and I buy a new primary residence I will be buying my first buy to let (or rent as we call it in the US) property. The content is exceptional every week, and each and every topic is genius. This is my favorite podcast in iTunes and has been immensely helpful in providing information and great resources for a newbie investor. Keep up the terrific work!
